We wanted to buy our first apartment in Downtown Chicago. We worked with Trisha Kannon as our Realtor. She is the most awesome and Trustworthy (which is very important in this process) person I have ever met in my life. She went way beyond to help us understand the process of buying the house. She helped us in each and every step. She also coordinated very well with our (Real State Attorney, Lender) to keep the ball rolling and was very pro-active. We viewed the apartment 3-4 time before buying and she was there always on/before time. She made sure all the process is being done correctly, accurately and we feel comfortable, as it was our first buying experience we had lots of doubts but Trisha helped and answered all our questions with a smile. Because of Trisha we were able to buy and close in 30 days. She was available for us almost anytime of the day weekday/weekend phone/text or in person meetings. We started this journey with Trisha being our Realtor but ended up having a great Friend. I would Highly recommend Trisha Kannon to any one who is looking for a Realtor. I wish I could give her more Stars than just 5!
